commit d707fc4651b632858ccf8f819e34c2e67ee397f3
Author: Roger Crew <c...@cs.stanford.edu>
Date: Mon Oct 24 02:52:12 2011 -0700

add cache prefix argument to URIFetch::fetch

so that we can make changes to what content_hook does and not have to
worry about getting screwed by old cache entries in the wrong format
from a previous run of the server.
