libmd5-perl has been removed from Debian and subsequently Ubuntu [1]. It has been deprecated in favor of Digest::MD5 for at least 10 years. As I don't plan to reintroduce libmd5-perl to Debian and Ubuntu, I'll mark this bug Won't Fix. webmin should use Digest::MD5 instead of MD5 and no longer depend on libmd5-perl. status wontfix Regards, Ansgar [1] <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=539019> ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #539019 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=539019 ** Changed in: libmd5-perl (Ubuntu) Status: New => Won't Fix -- package libmd5-perl isn't available in Lucid repositories https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/542798 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Debian Perl Group, which is subscribed to libmd5-perl in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~pkg-perl-maintainers Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~pkg-perl-maintainers More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
