Please sync libtext-dhcpleases-perl 1.0-1 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Update maintainer according to spec.
* Bump standards version.
The only Ubuntu delta is a Standards-Version bump, and the Debian version has a
newer Standards-Version than the one in the delta.
