Micah and Gregor. First of all, thanks for your quick replies. Second, I'm not aware of Debian and Ubuntu workflows on this kind of issues. I just wanted to make explicit the fact that I already posted this issue there.
Regarding the bug status, I develop for the Koha project and found Precise's libdbd-mock-perl (1.43) broken, and found 1.45 version of DBD::Mock::Session->fetchrow_hashref to work as expected. I then found the (still open) bug report from CPAN, but didn't have the time to contact the author. As we QA against Debian (usually) I thought it was OK to report that 1.45 works, where 1.43 doesn't.
