looked at some easy ones together with cjwatson: - waiving libfile-*, libpath-*, libtest-* - libclass-*, libnamespace-*, libeval-*, libdevel-* are all basically language extensions of various kinds - liblocale-us-perl is basically data - libb-* is poking at compiler internals
