This seems rather unmaintained.  No Debian updates since 2009, with
patches sitting in their bug queue.  No upstream releases since 2003.

Additionally, we have an alternative already in main: libxml-libxml-
perl.  There's even a Debian bug about migrating from xpath-perl to
libxml-perl: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=458713

Can we just do the same for libvirt?  I'd really like to avoid adding a
duplicate, deprecated xml parser to main.
