I'm sorry, I was not clear. And now I've just noticed that there are 2 bugs related on this issue.
First one is like the screen shot I attached on the #1 thread. This one is fixed. Even on the Shutter 0.93.1-1.3(rev. 1278), it works fine. (I'm actually on Kubuntu 17.04. When I reported this, I was using Ubuntu 16.04.) Second one is still not fixed(on 0.94), and I did not mention it in the above thread. If I click the 'Window' icon on the Tool bar, then I select a window of which title includes Korean letters, the message is broken.
