Keep the delta until those features are available in (non-experimenal) core perl. libfeature-compat-try-perl => libsyntax-keyword-try-perl (>= 0.27) [in "main" already] * experimenal availibility as of perl core 5.35.8: https://metacpan.org/release/PEVANS/Feature-Compat-Try-0.05/source/lib/Feature/Compat/Try.pm libfeature-compat-class-perl => libobject-pad-perl (>= 0.75) [in "main" already] * currently under development: https://metacpan.org/release/PEVANS/Feature-Compat-Class-0.04/source/lib/Feature/Compat/Class.pm https://github.com/leonerd/perl5/tree/feature-class/ ** Affects: libfeature-compat-class-perl (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete ** Affects: libfeature-compat-try-perl (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete ** Affects: licensecheck (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Assignee: Canonical Foundations Team (canonical-foundations) Status: New ** Tags: lunar rls-ll-incoming update-excuse ** Also affects: libfeature-compat-class-perl (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: licensecheck (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: licensecheck (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Lukas Märdian (slyon) ** Changed in: libfeature-compat-class-perl (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete ** Tags added: update-excuse ** Tags added: rls-ll-incoming ** Description changed: TDB by foundations We should probably patch licensecheck to make use of the fallback variants, instead of processing intermediary MIRs for the "libfeature- - compat-*-perl" wrappers. + compat-*-perl" wrappers.
