I assume, because these might not be proper generally usable programs? They do not even have man pages so it's hard to tell what each actually does. But more importantly, I guess, because some of these use rather generic names stomping on the global namespace. If the first is not the case, then please rename them so that the installed program use a namespace. Say instead of mem_image libraw-mem-image, etc. Otherwise perhaps shipping the compiled programs does not make that much sense? (I do not know.)
