On my way to check it, an upload will follow if everything's fine.

Two ways: 1) prepare an upload to experimental, have it sponsored, and
watch the build logs. 2) prepare a package to be tested on a porter box
by a DD, which will then be your proxy, reporting failures, testing a
new iteration of the package, with some patches, etc. For some
architectures (like hppa), even non-DD's can get access to some
machines. We can walk the 2) road together if you like (which reminds
me I have to update my password and my SSH keys for Debian machines).
