While 0001-Fix_dcraw_narrowing_for_gcc6.patch fixes dcraw/dcraw.c, it
doesn't modify internal/dcraw_common.cpp
which is derived (pre-processed) from the latter, cf. the "regenerate"
target in Makefile.devel.
