Thanks for the investigation.
We don't use wheezy-backports in our production environment. So we can't use 
the proposed workaround.

Hi,

thanks for spotting this issue. A workaround is to enable wheezy-backports in 
your sources.list, it has the packages.

This is also what happened in the build environment, wheezy-backports is 
available there but it shouldn't actually pull build dependencies from there 
unless necessary. I'll investigate why that happened and will provide updated 
packages soonish.
