When I installed postgresql-9.5-mysql-fdw.deb version 2.1.2-1.pgdg16.04+1 I can't create mysql_fdw extension with message that ld not found libmysqlclient.so. libmysqlclient-dev package installation solved this problem. Please add this package to the dependencies.
