<rdunklau> The pg_dropcluster utility ignores the xlogdir
configuration option, and let the xlogs in place when dropping
a cluster. Is this intentional or a bug ?
I'm not sure about deleting "random" directories on disk, but I agree
we should do something about it. Opening this bug as a reminder.
