Package: pulseaudio
Version: 16.1+dfsg1-2+b1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

If I start playing a video in firefox, pulseaudio freezes and I can't
play anything until I restart pulseaudio.

If I start playing video in Chrome, it'll work until I pause or stop,
then pulseaudio freezes again, until I restart pulseaudio.

Once it's frozen I can repliably get errors on anything that touches the
audio device. For example from mplayer:

```
Starting playback...
A:   0.1 (00.0) of 473.0 (07:53.0) ??,?%
Audio device got stuck!
A:   0.3 (00.3) of 473.0 (07:53.0) ??,?%
Audio device got stuck!
```
