Thanks. Indeed it looks like pulseaudio is only seeing one device. Could you please post the output of the following commands: cat /proc/asound/cards cat /proc/asound/devices tail -n +1 /proc/asound/card?/pcm*/info I'm trying to see if alsa is not seeing the output port either.
