Hi Enrico,

While converting the python-debian package's debian/copyright file to
machine-readable format, I noticed that tests/test_debtags.py and
examples/debtags/* have license comments that indicate they are GPL-2
(only) and GPL-2+ respectively.  Both are incompatible with the
lib/debian/debtags.py license, which is GPL-3+.  According to the
comments, at least, you are the only copyright holder.  Do you agree to
relicense them as GPL-3+?  (It looks like you agreed to this way back in
[1], but I want to make sure before making the change on your behalf.)
