It's not there yet, was hoping to fix the licensing issues, so that the
first commit of the machine-readable file was more sensible.  I'm
planning to do that right now.

There were a few remaining issues that Stuart cleaned up in master over
the weekend, so I think we're ready to push.  It's a bit scary because
quite a lot has changed, but we've fixed some important bugs, so let's
just do it. :-)

I'll update the debtags copyright stuff, rebase/update/push the
debian/copyright change, and upload tonight.
