After a bit of back and forth working out who looks after the python-debian
package on PyPI and getting access to it, I've now pushed version 0.1.30 to
PyPI and will hopefully remember to do so for future releases.
(I'll also document who has access and how to push to PyPI in the git repo to
hopefully make that a bit easier too)
