Dear Maintainers,

With the upload of version 0.8.22-1, your package started to fail its
autopgktest in testing. I copied the output below.

Could you please investigate? Looking at the error and the fact that
ruby-simplecov from your team was uploaded around the same time, I
believe this is just a matter of missing a proper versioned (test)
dependency. Currently this regression is delaying the migration to
testing by 13 days. ruby-simplecov could/should grow a versioned Breaks
on ruby-coveralls to tell that the old version of ruby-coveralls can't
be tested (or maybe even run?) with it.

As buster is now released and the test passes everywhere, I don't think
it matters to keep this bug open (although theoretical it is still correct).
