Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
yard could not be built reproducibly.
This is because it ships yard_plugin.rb file that simply "requires" a
single file (which cannot work as this particular path is to the build
path, not the installed path).
This may be related to #972561 or #812809.
