Dear Maintainer,
upgrading gitlab from 16.2.8+ds1-6~fto12+1 to 16.4.4+ds2-2~fto12+4 failed
during gitlab:check phase. There were about 60 sidekiq processes running,
eating all the memory and causing OOM, crashing other server processes.
Looks like the systemd unit starts a sidekiq process for each file in
/usr/share/gitlab
