Dear Maintainer,
libapache2-mod-passenger sometimes will fail the autopkgtest due to Apache
server not start-up in time.
Please see attached patch for a workaround.
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
- d/tests: wait a while before testing the server because the server
will take a while to start up
