gtksourceview3 was superseded in 2018 by gtksourceview4 (a new major
upstream release, but still using GTK 3) and the GNOME team would like
to remove it from forky.
ruby-gnome used to provide a binding for gtksourceview3, but switched to
gtksourceview4 years ago (#912930). However, it still has a
build-dependency on libgtksourceview-3.0-dev. Please check whether this
build-dependency can be removed? I suspect that it can.
