Hi!
Thank you for your interest in the transition of the Ruby packages to
the new policy. Unfortunately (for you) it turns out that this
particular package already follows the new policy, in terms of name and
installation path, although it does not use gem2deb.
Therefore, I must close this bug.
If you want, there are still a few packages needing transition. You can
pick one from the list, that is not already present in the git
repository of the team.
