Cloning and reopening.
The bug fixed at #695774 was also serious enough to be fixed asap,
and really got me confused - sorry for that.
Now going back to that pgsql adapter problem : could you make sure
/etc/redmine/default/database.yml
contains :
production:
adapter: postgresql
