Dear Michal,
Thanks for your report. This problem was caused by a change of location
of mkmf.log file when ruby2.1 was introduced. This has been fixed when
affected packages were rebuilt with a newer version of gem2deb, the
packaging helper tool used by the Debian Ruby team.
I am therefore closing this bugreport.
