I think being hosted at github's official account on github makes it clear enough its copyright is Github. LICENSE file is clearly the legal document where as metadata.yml is mostly meant for rubygems.org Still I have asked upstream https://github.com/github/email_reply_parser/issues/16#issuecomment-162488153 I don't think this is reason enough to reject though. > Thanks!
