ok now I remember why I added the force=yes option, gitlab:setup rake task will prompt for a confirmation even if the db has no tables. I have asked upstream to fix it https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/13381 If I remove the force=yes option, it will ask for confirmation even for empty database and there is no way to enter a yes/no.
