schleuder doesn't build reproducibly currently, it FTBFS. A part of the
testsuite starts a localhost bound keyserver, to mock the official ones
on the Internets, and to test key retrieval etc. It seems that either
this server doesn't start correctly, and / or GPG fails to communicate
with it, and / or something completely different. This has to be
debugged further, for further details see [1] and [2].

reproducible. For details, see the corresponding mail to
