I think the wiki page is now in a state that I won't embarrass mysself by going on debian-devel with that, which I will do tomorrow after sleeping over things once more and doing some final polishing and also going over my draft for the -devel message asking some questions like "should we expicily allow unicode in usernames, document and support this". This is just a heads up so that you can participate in the discussion on -devel which I hope to be fruitful.
