Reading the upstream bug report, this seems to be an issue related to s2idle and CLOCK_MONOTONIC. I'm thus inclined to close this bug report (or reassign to src:linux, depending on what you prefer). This really should be raised at the upstream linux kernel devs though, as it's unlikely to be fixed in the downstream linux kernel package.
