Commit 9fcfbbf6fea15eacfa3fad74240431c5f2c3300e says:
Disable pristine-tar in gbp.conf
It is currently not possible to import the systemd v239 tarball using
pristine-tar due to #902115.
But that bug is closed now. Maybe we need to reenable pristine-tar. I'll
try that now.
