Since the most recent upgrade of cryptsetup (2:1.7.0-1) systemd
gets stuck at shutdown or reboot. Last message:
stopping remaining crypto disks
I waited for a minute, then I pulled the plug.
systemd must not get stuck, no matter what.

I'm tentatively closing this old bug report.
If you still encounter this issue, I would suggest to file it against
cryptsetup, which seemingly triggered this regression.
