In short, for better accessibility, systemd should provide an option to
configure the width & height of the console, i.e. e.g. the equivalent of

Since we are not shipping systemd-vconsole but leave that to
console-setup, there is nothing to fix on the systemd side for now.
Should it be decided that Debian switches from console-setup to
systemd-vconsole, we can reconsider this issue.
