Yes. I can confirm that with this patch addiitonally picked, systemd 241-7 builds fine with all tests enabled on amd64 and armhf, and that the resulting amd64 packages will install and run fine as well. I don't have an expendable armhf system with buster at the moment and thus couldn't try that, but I have no reason to believe that this is prone to breakage. The only thing that I don't like too much that these patches looks like they're dependent on the actual capabilities, which will break again once the kernel adds more capabilities, and this is likely to happen in the near future since kernel has started to split out more capabilites which I expect to be continued in the next releases. But this is something that systemd upstream needs to tackle. Thanks for helping. I'd like to see these patches applied in the next stable point release.
