And back to your question. It's unwanted because I don't want my first (non-systemd) package to mention anything systemd. Is it problematic? Maybe not, I haven't tried it yet. If you think it's not problematic, I can try it, but I feel like I'm fumbling around and there is something simple I"m missing on how to craft the rules file.
