has caused the Debian Bug report #964438,
regarding systemd: timer triggers service immediately after wake-up from sleep
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

Package: apt-listbugs
Version: 0.1.32
Severity: normal

for some days/weeks now, i get this mail every day:

--------------------------
From: apt-listbugs timer <root@ugly>
To: root
Subject: prefclean output on ugly

/usr/libexec/apt-listbugs/prefclean:
E: getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution (bugs.debian.org:80)
E: Exiting with error
---------------------------

the program works just fine when invoked from the command line, and
these errors are a little bit too consistent to be actual network
outages, so i suspect a permission problem in the configuration of the
systemd timer (note that apparmor is enabled).

Let's treat it like that: Please report this as an upstream feature
request, if you want such a functionality.
The upstream bug tracker is at
