Package: systemd
Version: 246.6-2~bpo10+1
Severity: wishlist

Dear systemd maintainers,

judging from salsa [1] and the file lists of the systemd package on
buster-backports and sid, systemd is currently built without the the
systemd-repart binary.

It would be great if this tool could be distributed either in the systemd
package or, if deemed necessary, as a new package systemd-repart, like
systemd-container.

I think this tool is pretty standalone and its inclusion shouldn't hurt people
not using it, but it would remove the burden of having to rebuild the systemd
package from people wanting to use it.

Thank you for your work!

best regards,
Jörg Behrmann

Forgot to close this bug in the 250.1-2 upload, doing that now.

systemd (250.1-2) experimental; urgency=medium

  [ Lukas Märdian ]
  * d/rules: Enable build of systemd-oomd
  * d/control: Ship oomd in a systemd-oomd package.
    Deploying the default configuration as used in Fedora.
  * Start systemd-oomd.service after package installation

  [ Michael Biebl ]
  * oomd: move oomctl to bindir
  * Enable systemd-repart and ship it in the main systemd package.
    Add fdisk as test dependency, needed by test-repart which calls sfdisk.
  * test-repart: append /sbin and /usr/sbin to $PATH= so sfdisk can be found
