That's not a bug in systemd.
You likely have an xdg autostart file in /etc/xdg/autostart for a package that is uninstalled but not purged. So the log message you get simply tells you that this autostart references a file that is no longer installed.

Purge the packages in question / remove those stale autostart files and you should be good.
