Dear systemd Maintainers,

you already know what I am going to write here, but for
documentation and tracking purposes having a bug is useful to me.

Please change the udevdir in udev.pc to point to the canonical
location (/usr/lib/udev).

However, please do not do this yet. Before this can be done, a few
packages need to be fixed, otherwise binNMUs et al will introduce
silent breakage on user systems - the problem known as "DEP17 P7".

I will shortly block this bug by the bugs in affected packages.
Once I'm sure we can go ahead I will remove the moreinfo tag and
follow up.

Thanks,
Chris
