Dear Maintainer,
After upgrade from Wheezy to Jessie PC hang on reboot and I get last message
"Reached target shutdown".
Shutdown, hibernate and suspend mode worked fite, - only reboot process hang on
message "Reached target shutdown", like this:

If you had typed "reboot", systemd would have activated the target
"reboot.target", not "shutdown.target". So it seems you don't remember
the details exactly anymore.
Since all is working fine now, I'm going to close this bug report.
