While technically more correct, this message is a bit too cryptic for my
taste.
Even the upstream systemd-udev-settle.service unit file has:
Description=udev Wait for Complete Device Initialization

Which more or less says the same like our old init script.

I'm therefor inclined to close this bug report.
What do you think?
