~/systemd-tmpfiles --create /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/systemd.conf I copied /bin/systemd-tmpfiles to /root (so I can give it a different context). When I run the above command after logging in as root:sysadm_r it sets the correct context. But when I delete /run/utmp and run it again it doesn't recreate the file.
