Package: libsepol1
Version: 1.14-2
Severity: important
After upgrade from 1.14-1 to 1.14-2 "init" process becomed zombie. In
syslog the same time as upgrade I see only:
init: Trying to re-exec init
Due to this there were huge amount of other zombie processes. I don't
know, is this repeatable error or not.

There is not enough information provided to figure out what went
wrong, nor how to fix it. Also, a lot of changes have been made to
sysvinit since this was reported, and one of these changes might have
solved the issue. Because of this, I close this as solved. If you
are able to reproduce it, please reopen with more information.
