Hi. The number of bugs reported against sysvinit and the initscripts are very high, and I some times get the feeling I am the only one trying to keep the number down. Other times, I am the one busy and other take over the task. But, the three of us listed as uploaders now do not seem to be enough to keep the number of issues in place.
What should we do? Perhaps it is time to ask for more help with the sysvinit/initscripts maintenance? Perhaps a boot system group should be formed to work together on the Debian boot system?
