In umountnfs.sh where it says /|/proc|/dev|/dev/pts|/dev/shm|/proc/*|/sys|/lib/init/rw) should add /fsprotect/system because thats the underlying root FS when using fsprotect with NFS. fsprotect is a package in Debian and should be supported. Thanks!!!
