Package: bootlogd
Version: 2.88dsf-43
Followup-For: Bug #689992

Same here. I have the repos pointing to testing, so nowadays I'm in Debian
Jessie.
I want to read the boot messages but, according to the wiki, there is no config
file anymore. It seems that bootlogd runs as a service now. OK

I restart the computer but /var/log/boot is empty, so it's clear that bootlogd
is not logging anything.

Note that before the upgrade, I could read the messages in /var/log/boot
