Hi, I plan on start packaging NaviServer[1]. I have already filed the ITP bug[2], and i will use current's aolserver package and the work from the Qcode team[3] on this subject as an inspiration for it.
As i am just a DM, i can't upload packages to the NEW queue, so i will need someone to do it for me at least once :) After that, i will only need to be given permissions on that package (and perhaps naviserver-dev, naviserver-daemon, etc...) with dcut: $ dcut dm --uid 0xEDC8C8240F688E68 --allow naviserver naviserver-... ...but that will be after the package is ready. For the time being, the only thing i need is a new repository in alioth (git or svn) and permissions on it. Of course, any help on maintaining the package would be welcomed, and i think it could be a good idea to have this package team-maintained, as it is done currently with the tdom package, for example.
