So, I'm closing the bug. I guess, you'd want to read some README or INSTALL or the output of ./configure --help. Often configure scripts can find the Tcl and Tk libraries automagically if the tcl-dev and tk-dev packages are installed. Cheers! -- Sergei Golovan
